I work with a small number of founders and principals who carry unusual responsibility.
My role is to provide clear judgment and honest reflection in moments where decisions are irreversible, politically complex, or personally isolating.
This is not consulting, coaching, or therapy. It is private counsel, offered on a limited retainer and conducted entirely in confidence.
Engagements typically involve long-term strategic thinking, power dynamics inside organizations, questions of timing and restraint, reputation and succession, and the personal cost of leadership decisions.
Much of the work is conversational and situational. There are no frameworks, deliverables, or playbooks. The value is judgment, context, and the ability to think clearly when there is no safe place to do so.

– I do not accept engagements that compromise discretion or independence
I work on a private retainer with a limited number of clients at any time.
Access is direct and prioritized. Availability is part of the engagement, not an add-on.
Most relationships begin through referral and continue quietly for years.
I accept a small number of new conversations each year.
